We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Support Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the smooth implementation and support of our ERP software for clients. The role demands a blend of technical skills and strong communication abilities. Top performers will be directly placed at Logiology Solutions or outsourced to our client companies using our software.
Who are we looking for?
- Act as a first point of contact for clients experiencing software issues post-implementation.
- Deliver training sessions to clients to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system post-implementation.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, client feedback, and any changes in scope. Regularly report on progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee the deployment of our ERP software for clients, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.
- Strong verbal communication skills in various languages.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related problems.
- Willingness to work for on-site support.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met during implementation.
