We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Software Support Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in successfully implementing our ERP software for clients, ensuring seamless deployment and ongoing support. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and exceptional communication abilities.
Who are we looking for?

Act as a first point of contact for clients experiencing software issues post-implementation.

Deliver training sessions to clients to ensure they are proficient in using the ERP system post-implementation.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, client feedback, and any changes in scope. Regularly report on progress to stakeholders.

Oversee the deployment of our ERP software for clients, managing timelines, resources, and client expectations.

Strong verbal communication skills in various languages.

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software-related problems.

Willingness to work for on-site support.

Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure their requirements are met during implementation.
