Customer app Release Notes
Customer app has been updated to improve customer engagement, communication, and service tracking. This release includes new feedback tools, messaging improvements, and a more intuitive interface.

*verified display of customer details in the shipping address section after sales order and sales invoice creation. *validated synchronization of edited customer profile details from the customer app. *confirmed system behavior on refresh and application restart. *checked accuracy of customer details in print preview.
- Feature: sms notification enhancements for sales orders
enhancements & validations:
*enabled support for multiple sms templates for sales order notifications
*verified successful delivery of sms across all configured templates
*ensured accurate mapping of order details (amount, weight, date, time, item name, voucher number) in sms content
*implemented and validated separate sms notifications for each sales item within a single order
*confirmed sms trigger on successful sales order placement
- In this release, the “scheme join (join now)” button has been repositioned within the customer app to improve visibility and accessibility.
- Feature: jewellery scheme – terms & conditions & ui enhancements

*ensured accurate rendering of terms & conditions in the customer app

- A search feature has been added to enable users to quickly search and filter items by their names
- Biometric authentication has been implemented in the customer app, allowing users to securely log in using fingerprint or face recognition for faster and more convenient access.
