Esmith pro Release Notes
Esmith pro has been updated with new features and enhancements tailored for jewellery manufacturers. This release improves production tracking, order status visibility, and workshop workflow efficiency.
- An issue causing a red error message while saving material receipt raw material entries has been fixed. The save process now works correctly without displaying unnecessary error messages for valid entries.
- Bom height alignment added in job order print
a new enhancement has been added to the manufacturing process – job order print module to support bom (bill of materials) height alignment. The purpose of this update is to improve the layout and readability of bom details in the job order print. The bom height has been adjusted to provide sufficient space for entering and displaying required bom-related information clearly. This enhancement ensures that users can add necessary remarks/details within the bom section without affecting the print alignment or format.
- Purity filter in manufacturing process → job work history
previously, the manufacturing process → job work history screen did not provide an option to filter transactions by purity. As a result, users found it difficult to analyze purity-wise transaction history, including the total weight received (in stock) and issued (out stock). Users had to export the data to excel and perform manual calculations to identify purity-specific weight movements. To simplify this process, a new purity filter has been introduced in the manufacturing process → job work history tab. Key benefits:
filter job work transactions based on selected purity. View in stock and out stock details specific to the selected purity. Easily track purity-wise weight movement without manual calculations. Export filtered purity-wise data directly to excel for reporting and analysis.
- Introduced the ability to edit the stock item narration column in the job order voucher. Previously, this field was restricted and could not be modified. Users can now update or correct stock item narrations as required, and the changes will be saved with the voucher.
- Introduced a physical stock update option to adjust item quantities based on actual physical stock availability at specific locations. Users can now increase or reduce stock quantities to match physical inventory, ensuring accurate stock balances and location-wise inventory tracking.
