Salesman app Release Notes
This update to salesman app offers improved tools for salespersons, including enhanced lead tracking, follow-up reminders, and mobile sales capabilities.
- An enhancement has been implemented in the salesman app pos print template to display the rate and purity for items in the printed receipt. This improves the clarity of the invoice by providing customers with additional product details directly on the pos printout, making transaction information more transparent and easier to verify.
- A new feature has been added to the salesman app that enables the generation of planet tax for international customers at the time of purchase after successful passport verification. Customers can subsequently claim the planet tax. Additionally, once the planet tax has been redeemed, no tax is calculated during a sales return. This feature has been thoroughly tested, verified, and is ready for release.
- An enhancement has been implemented in the salesman application for the planet tax customer confirmation screen. The system now automatically prompts for aml verification whenever any customer details are modified during the customer confirmation process. This enhancement ensures that all changes to customer information are verified in compliance with aml requirements before proceeding with the transaction
- A new enhancement has been implemented to streamline customer onboarding through id card scanning. Users can now create customer records by scanning an id card, which automatically captures and populates the relevant customer information. Additionally, in the customer verification section, the nationality, country, and id issued by fields have been enhanced to support dropdown selection, enabling users to choose values from predefined lists for improved accuracy and consistency.
- Enhanced the passport scanning functionality to automatically populate the id issued by field using the issuing country information extracted from the scanned passport. The corresponding country field is also populated automatically based on the scanned document data, ensuring accurate and consistent information capture during customer verification.
